CSA Box - Pork and Chicken
We run two CSAs throughout the year.
One runs from November through April and one runs from May through October.
This monthly CSA contains 12-14lbs of pork once a month that is available for pickup at your selected location.
The price listed is for the entire season (not each month). You will receive a follow up email with additional details.
Each box is farmers choice - No substitutions will be made. We choose the cuts each month.
Your box will contain one whole chicken, one package of chicken cuts (varies between boneless breast, drums, thighs, wings), and 6-8 pounds of cuts of pork such as roasts, chops, ribs, burger patties, tenderloins, ham hocks, bacon, sausage, etc.
Each box will contain 12-14lbs of pork and chicken every month.
Each box is guaranteed one package of bacon each month. You will never receive odd cuts such as organ meats or broth bones.
Every customer will receive a free seasoning bundle and a jar of lard.
You will also receive two recipe cards each month that pairs with a cut of pork you will receive that month for a wonderful meal idea for the family.
Each box member will also receive three coupons that are good for discounts on additional orders made throughout the season. The coupons will expire when the season is over, so be sure to use them before the season ends.
Pickup Locations will be the first Saturday of every month:
- Nomad Louisburg Market - 7am-11am
- Springhill Farmers Market - 7:30am-11:30am (Summer only)
- Stillwell Farmers Market - Tuesday 5:30pm-7pm (Summer only)
- On the Farm - Pleasanton, KS 1pm-5pm
- Home Porch Delivery (additional $60.00 one time fee will be added to the total) - non refundable
